All of our products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping fees.
How delivery works
- After your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on your order confirmation page.
- The same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
- Delivery is usually instant. Occasionally it takes up to 30 minutes.
If you don’t receive your download
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout.
- If you still can’t find it, email contact@hanallium.com with your order number. We will resend your link within 1–2 business days.
Download limits
Download links may be limited to a set number of downloads. Please save your files to your device or cloud storage after downloading.
